Guest Blog by Microsoft UKs Matt Deacon: A Glimpse Into the 2010 Microsoft Architect Insight Conference with James Burns Keynote on the Evolution of SharePoint
Published 06/28 courtesy of Bamboo Solutions Community
The end of March this year saw the fifth annual Microsoft Architect Insight Conference kick off in London. It was a great success, giving architects the chance to learn and share, as well as highlighting the ways in which Microsoft is redefining itself as a company in terms of how it interacts and engages with competitors and the wider community.
James Burns' keynote outlined this well by giving an overview of the evolution of SharePoint over the last few years up to the release of SharePoint 2010. As CTO, FInancial Services at Microsoft, he's in an excellent position to talk about this evolution. Check out this sample clip from the keynote to hear from the man himself.
