Sacramento SharePoint User Group $500 Winner - Mary Mosqueda

Last month Bamboo had the pleasure of sponsoring the Sacramento SharePoint User Group and we sent our very own Nando Carbonel to speak to attendees about everything SharePoint as well as answer questions about our product offerings. There was a nice turnout - about 40-50 people, and most were in the Government Sector. As part of our sponsorship, we raffled off a $500 coupon to one lucky attendee. Mary Mosqueda of the California Employment Development Department was the lucky winner.
I asked her to comment on her prize and she responded:
I belong to the Sacramento SharePoint User Group established by Sharee English.
Sacramento SharePoint User Group (SacSharePoint) was founded to serve the greater Sacramento area Information Technology (IT) community. We bring professionals together from various public and private businesses to collaborate on Microsoft SharePoint technologies. The user group is targeted towards end users, administrators, implementers, developers, and anyone who likes to learn about technology.
Bamboo was gracious enough to come to our November 2009 meeting and present information about their SharePoint services and Web Parts. As a State employee (Employment Development Department) I was excited to see the vast number of Bamboo products/services available and explained. When my name was called for the $500 gift card drawing I was thrilled. The $500 Bamboo gift card is like an unexpected Christmas bonus. My group has spent a number of hours drooling over the Bamboo products available. We finally decided on several Web Parts, including the Calendar Plus Web Part!!!
