Feature Updates for BambooCRM and BambooSupport

After a successful first month post-launch, the Bamboo Cloud group has made some great enhancements and updates to the current BambooCRM and BambooSupport solutions based on your feedback. We think you're really going to like them!
We begin with updates applicable to both BambooCRM and BambooSupport products. We have made the time zone preferences customizable to company and/or team member, so time zones can set be for either the company location or each team member's current location. This enables better issue and case tracking, and helps to streamline sales projections and forecasting.
Another enhancement we are excited about is the new Zoom-able Dashboard charts. Now, users can view charts on the dashboard in an enlarged view by clicking the Zoom icon on the chart.
A new type of custom Look-up field has been added as well that allows the user to add custom look-up fields on module-specific pages. This custom field has the option to show the module-based entries as custom field values, i.e., if the custom field Data Source value is set to "Account," and Display Type is selected to "Drop-down," then the custom field values will access related entries and it will be displayed in drop-down list.
We are also introducing new features exclusive to BambooCRM. We have made the search and filter panels expandable or collapsible as per the user preferences, and companies may now customize branding for reports created. The currency settings may now be changed as well from the default dollar setting to a new currency type as per their requirement. The currency symbol is displayed across all fields where prices and amounts are managed.
Plus, a Mass Emailer feature has been added which allows users to add a module-specific list in the sending queue, send an email to the selected list, and view the progress report of delivered and non-delivered email numbers. The new design also allows users to pick email addresses from different search results.
With BambooSupport, you will now find improved Dashboard performance and load time. Also, customization of case origin has been added so users can now define custom values for the Case Origin field, just like they can for Case Type, Case Category, and Case Reason fields.
