This Week in Bamboo (December 26th, 2010 - January 1st, 2011)
Published 01/05 courtesy of Bamboo Solutions CommunityWhile you were ready for the year end celebration, at Bamboo Solutions we were very busy fixing bugs and continued to roll out many patches for both SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2010 products using our new Web License Manager v1.3.9. What significant for this week is the Lab release of a new Bamboo application: Bamboo Content Migration for SharePoint. More info about this Lab release can be found at our Bamboo Labs. Please check out our storefront for the latest releases of this week and see below for more details about the bug fixes.
SharePoint 2007 product:
HW41AB Bamboo Lookup Selector Release 1.3.24
New:
• Use Web License Manager 1.3.9
• Use merged assembly and deploys Bamboo.Core.wsp and Bamboo.Core.V1.2.msi.
• Use new bundle installation.
Bug Fixes:
• Get error when creating Bamboo Lookup Selector column for publishing page in SharePoint designer.
HW45 SharePoint Task Master Release 2.0.150
Bug Fixes:
• Cannot check in a publishing page with a Task Master 2.0
• Error "Unbound reference in the aggregate expression.
• Several internal bug fixes.
Known Issues:
• When trying to move an item in the Gantt chart, the "moving item" is displayed below the chart.
The following products have the same release notes:
1. HW41C Bamboo Rich Text Release 1.3.9
2. HW41G Bamboo Column Level Security Release 1.3.4
3. HW32 Map Chart Web Part Release 1.4.3
New:

SharePoint 2010 product:
HW60 SharePoint File Share Library Release 1.2
Bug Fixes:
• Shared folder has not been moved and the files are still intact, however File Share show intact files as "Lost".
• JavaScript error when try to add new navigation heading and SharePoint Publishing Infrastructure feature is activated.
• 128 character limit on (sync) timer job name.
• The sync job does not execute automatically.
Limitations:
• Document opens with extra numbering.
HW19 User Profile Sync Release 1.6
New:
• Provide support for Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2010 & Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010.
Bug Fixes:
• When using security group, no users are found or synced.
HW45 SharePoint Task Master Release 2.0.34
Bug Fixes:
• Cannot check in a publishing page with a Task Master 2.0
• Error "Unbound reference in the aggregate expression.
• Several internal bug fixes.
HW06 Password Change Web Part Release 3.5.16
Bug Fixes:
• Account Name is displayed incorrectly in SharePoint 2010 site running Form-based Authentication. Unable to change password.
HW10 Password Reset Web Part Release 2.4.32
Bug Fixes:
• Web Part displays message "The Web Part is configured to work with fbamembershipprovider membership provider, but the current membership provider is i." for SharePoint 2010 site running Form- based Authentication.
